El sabor de mis ollas llegan de la eterna capital de la primavera y de la marinera" Trujillo", que a solo 15 Minutos esta su balneario Milenanario de "Huanchaco" una de las playas Nortenas mas hermoza que Dios regalo al Perú y que me supo albergar.
Sus ollas de barro CHIMÚ, su mar, su historia, su cielo, su clima, su gente y su tradicional " caballito de totóra" hechizan a cualquiera que les visitan. Un pedacito de cielo los espera con un corazón 100 % norteno.

The magic of my dishes originates geographically from Trujilo, the “capital of the spring and the marineras”. Close to this lively city is the long and touristic beach Huanchacos, one of the most picturesque areas of Nordperu, which God has granted us.
The golden treasures of the Chimu culture, the sea, the history, the climate, the people and the traditional „Caballitos“(the trees in the form of boats which are still used today in traditional fishing), my land, this piece of untouched paradise, the feelings and songs of my folk are gathered in the flavours of my café.
